Wedding Schedule,
Venue, & Stuff!

  • The wedding will start at 4:00 pm and end at 1:00 sharp, everything in between will be tentative.

  • Based on your answers in the RSVP form, we have tried to accomodate everyone’s dietary restrictions.

    If on the day you have any questions regarding ingredients in the food or drinks, please check with the catering staff and they will be able to answer any questions regarding the menu items.

  • Since many have asked, the wedding doesn’t have a particular theme, color palette, or strict dress code. We’ll be all dolled up and fancy, and for those of you who’d like a traditional dress code category it would be “Cocktail Attire.”

    Come looking as beautiful as you always are, and be as comfortable as you can be so that you can dance and have fun celebrating with us!

    We can tell you that if seasons mean anything anymore, it will be warm to hot on the day, and you will be in a beautiful botanical garden with a lot of outdoor space to roam around, so dress accordingly!

    • There is no private parking on the premises, so please be aware and plan your travel times accordingly.

    • Kew is quite strict about preserving its bio-sanctity. so they explicitly don’t allow flower petals, confetti, fireworks, or anything of such nature in the venue. Just be aware in case you were thinking of smuggling in a confetti gun.

    • Pets are sadly not allowed.

    • The closing time of 1 am is a hard deadline, so please be respectful of that.

    • As our wedding guest, you will have full access to Kew Royal Botanical Gardens throughout the day on the 12th. You can come earlier in the day and visit, leave and re-enter as many times as you like. You don’t need ID - just say you are there for our wedding.

    • You can access Kew Gardens through any of the gates; the Elizabeth Gate is recommended for easy access to the wedding venue and it will be the only open exit at the end of the night.

Childcare Stuff

  • For those who signed up for childcare:

    Drop your little ones off at 4:00 pm (sharp please!) - a few steps from your arrival gate - and we'll have them back in your arms by 7:00 pm, happy, tired, and probably covered in something.

    At 7:00 pm - as you arrive to the dinner portion of the evening - they're all yours again as the child care providers will leave, so enjoy the kid-free hours while they last!

    Pick-up and drop-off will be at the following locations:

    Drop-off: Nash Conservatory
    Pick-up: The Orangery

  • Your kids will not be leaving the Kew Gardens premises. The childcare workers will be with them in the kids’ playground - within walking distance of the different venue locations where you will be.

  • Food: The kids will have a little picknick dinner and some snacks while in the playground.

    Clothes: In case you were hoping for some nice family photos after your kids are back in your arms, we would strongly advise a change of clothes, as they will probably be climbing trees and body-sweeping the ground in your absence!

    Anything else: If there is anything that the childcare providers need to be aware of beforehand please let us know asap, or you can inform the providers at drop-off.

Next Day Brunch

  • For those of you who RSVPed for the next-day Brunch (13.06.2026), we are very happy to invite you to meet us at The Carpenter's Arms starting at 11:30 am!

  • Since we will not have an ‘official’ chance to all meet before the wedding day, we wanted to have a casual event the next day for us all to be together and remember what the hell happened yesterday!

    There will be some food for everyone, and the bar will be available for you to cure any hangovers.
