The wedding will start at 4:00 pm and end at 1:00 sharp, everything in between will be tentative.

• 4:00 pm — Guests arrive via Elizabeth Gate

• 4:30 pm — Ceremony commences at the Nash Conservatory

• 5:30 pm — Drinks Reception Princess of Wales Conservatory

• 7:00 pm — Dinner in the Orangery

• 1:00 am — Guests depart via Elizabeth Gate

Based on your answers in the RSVP form, we have tried to accomodate everyone’s dietary restrictions.

If on the day you have any questions regarding ingredients in the food or drinks, please check with the catering staff and they will be able to answer any questions regarding the menu items.

Since many have asked, the wedding doesn’t have a particular theme, color palette, or strict dress code. We’ll be all dolled up and fancy, and for those of you who’d like a traditional dress code category it would be “Cocktail Attire.”

Come looking as beautiful as you always are, and be as comfortable as you can be so that you can dance and have fun celebrating with us!

We can tell you that if seasons mean anything anymore, it will be warm to hot on the day, and you will be in a beautiful botanical garden with a lot of outdoor space to roam around, so dress accordingly!

• There is no private parking on the premises, so please be aware and plan your travel times accordingly.

• Kew is quite strict about preserving its bio-sanctity. so they explicitly don’t allow flower petals, confetti, fireworks, or anything of such nature in the venue. Just be aware in case you were thinking of smuggling in a confetti gun.

• Pets are sadly not allowed.

• The closing time of 1 am is a hard deadline, so please be respectful of that.
